Shipping & Delivery

Every Wish Mist castle is packed in its keepsake gift box and shipped straight to you.

When will my castle arrive?

The Wish Mist is a pre-order. Each castle is made for you after you order and takes at least 3–4 weeks to finish before it ships. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. We email you a tracking number the moment your order ships.

Can I order more than one?

Yes. Add as many castles as you like to one order. Everything ships together.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Message us with your order number as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships.
